I am happy to report the jelly jelled and it is so good. It is beautiful and clear and just what I was aiming for as far as the set goes- not to firm, not too runny. If that half eaten jar of jelly is any indication, my kids are are pleased with it as well. I wonder if I can convince my Grandparents to let me have some more plums?

Mmmmmmm.. Homemade jelly is the best! I've made jalapeno jelly and wild grape jelly in the past. There's just nothing like it! Looks delicious!!
I late on answering back. Congrats on the boy wonder turning another year older. And like, I wouldn't expect him to act any other way. Hello, he has you for a mother, and you are wonderful with your kids!!=)
